In a career spanning more than 14 years, I have worked in diverse roles from being a Developer to a Technical/Solution Lead & Product Manager/Architect driving Salesforce CRM implementations, designing roadmaps, providing Salesforce technical leadership for a team of developers, business consultants, admins, design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices, and code quality techniques. Currently, I hold 18 Salesforce Certifications including Salesforce Application and System Architect.

At Cybertify, I am responsible for the complete internal build, integration, governance, and evolution of Cybertify’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role exists to architect and operationalise Salesforce as the core business system underpinning all client-facing and internal functions from presales and quoting through to onboarding, project delivery, and long-term retention.
