CISO

Bradley Busch

“Cyber resilience depends on leaders making clear decisions under pressure. I help executives and boards translate deeply technical risk and live incidents into simple choices that protect customers, staff and shareholders. My approach combines empathy with strategy, setting risk appetite, ensuring bad news is never a surprise, and ensuring responses are prepared from operations to the boardroom.”

About Bradley Busch

Bradley Busch is a CISO and company director who turns deeply technical risk into board-ready decisions and measurable business outcomes. He builds strategies and plans that bring risk back within appetite, then leads teams to deliver at pace. His core sectors are financial services and fintech, education, technology and SaaS, and the not-for-profit sector, with additional experience across law firms, government and critical infrastructure.

At Cybertify, Bradley builds services that drive customer outcomes, incident playbooks embedded from operations to the board that drive resilience, and a cadence of articles, videos, webinars and executive roundtables that convert attention into commercial outcomes. He is a human-centred leader, mentoring and growing teams, creating psychological safety in incident response, and translating complexity into plain English for executives and delivery alike. A Non-Executive Director and GAICD, he has 17 years on not-for-profit boards, including six years chairing a national IT industry association, which keeps his advice anchored in governance, empathy and commercial value
